I have been practicing yoga for around 23 years. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga gaining a Teaching Diploma In March 2010. I teach Yoga Asana (postures) with a strong link to the rhythm of the breath and I give an introduction to a focusing process known as dharana in my classes. I teach privately, in further education colleges, at local leisure centers, rehabilitation facilitiesand on retreats.
