Purezza

Brief Intro

The Brighton or London branch of Purezza, focuses on Neapolitan style pizza 100% plant-based. Purezza makes all of its key components for pizzas in-house, including a unique wholegrain sourdough and our famous mozzarella (we spent over two years developing our mozzarella in our laboratory using a Italian brown rice). There is also a host of gluten-free options, such as gluten-free sourdough and raw foods.
